Allyn River Olives is a small boutique family owned olive grove located on the banks of the Allyn River at historic Allynbrook in the Hunter Valley.

We have 6 varieties of trees which were planted in 1998 which include oil varieties, Correggiola and Koroneiki plus table fruit varieties, Manzanillo, Kalamata, Jumbo Kalamata, and Sevillano.

We produce and sell unfiltered extra virgin olive oil which is certified extra virgin under the Australian code of practice. We also produce table olives both black and green, a delicious dukkah, traditional tapenade which is made by Hunter Olives in Lovedale and caramelised balsamic vinegar.
